What started as a quick 5k became a little longer when I realised I could pop into the old city, and then a little longer still when I found that there were no trams returning back home.
The picture shows 1.5km missing because I stopped, thinking I would get on a tram to return home. I decided against that when I saw the tram was rammed, and figured that most people on their way to work wouldn’t want to be jammed up against a stinking sweaty runner. Even though the run was longer than I was planning, I’m glad I did it. Krakow is a beautiful city, and very runnable. The river into the town, along with the walls and moats that were turned into parkland around the old city, and all the amazing scenery make for great running.
